He meets with both the bride and groom to review the
detailed activities of the event. Together, they
discuss their expectations and options available to
ensure there are no surprises and both are happy on
their special day. His goal is to ensure that
everyone enjoys the evening and has fun during the
reception.
John will provide you with paperwork before your
first meeting to assist in planning your reception,
the music selection, special events and, of course,
the timeline for the reception.
On the day of your reception, John will arrive two
hours prior to the event to ensure everything is
setup and ready to go.

will make all announcements and emcee the event,
including introductions, special dances and any
special events.
John’s main goal, before and during the reception,
is to ensure that your special day is what you
expected. He often collaborates with a wedding
planner during the reception, or hotel or reception
manager, the day of your event, so everything runs
smoothly and on schedule.
John possesses an endless repertoire of music and
plays everything from 80's to Salsa, Cumbia, Tejano,
Hip Hop, Country, Texas Country, Oldies, and even
Motown.
